Golden Globe-prisene ble natt til mandag delt ut i Hollywood, og filmen som stod frem som en slags ‘kveldens vinner’ er Ben Afflecks Operasjon Argo. Michael Hanekes Amour tok som forventet prisen for beste ikke-engelskspråklige film foran bl.a. Kon-Tiki.
Samtidig skal det sies at disse prisene gikk litt i alle retninger, i alle fall sammenlignet med hva som nå anses som de store Oscar-favorittene. Affleck vant eksempelvis for beste regi, men ble forrige uke ikke Oscar-nominert til denne prisen. Filmen som vant flest Golden Globe-priser totalt er Les Misérables, og den er heller ikke i førersetet for de viktige Oscar-prisene.
Hyggelig for øvrig å se at HBO-serien Girls tok to viktige priser i sine kategorier, og at Quentin Tarantino fikk prisen for beste manus for Django Unchained. (To favoritter i Montages-redaksjonen.) Her er den komplette listen over vinnerne:
